Our National Operations Center (NOC) is an incredible asset to our agency. They provide coverage outside of regular work hours, all while delivering excellent 24/7 hour service. We want to give you the chance to learn more about the people on this amazing team. In today’s spotlight, we are featuring Monique Campos. Monique is a Staffing Specialist who has been with Favorite for 10 years. Below are her responses from our Q&A session.
What shifts do you typically work?
The first eight years in the NOC I worked strictly overnights. But the past two years I’ve been working day shifts and pick up other shifts on the weekends as well.
What’s your favorite part about your job and working in the NOC?
I love the flexibility and the different projects we work on because it keeps things interesting. I also like the fast pace and the team – we all have to be a little crazy to keep up with the pace so we all blend really well.
How would you describe your team?
Fun, flexible, strategic thinkers. We’re all a little zany.
When do you feel most accomplished?
When we reach our goals because we need to have a sense of urgency that we can turn on and off at the drop of a pin. So when that happens, that’s when I feel most accomplished.
What’s the one thing you can’t live without while on shift?
Chocolate! I love all kinds of chocolate and don’t have a favorite.
